How engagements work.

Why don't you publish fixed prices?
Because every engagement is scoped to your workflow, data, and deployment. We quote a fixed fee for the assessment and the pilot once we've scoped them with you — so the number reflects real work, not a list price you'd have to re-negotiate.
Is the Readiness Assessment really creditable?
Yes. The assessment is a fixed fee that is credited toward a 6-week pilot if you proceed — so the diagnostic work isn't wasted.
What does the pilot actually deliver?
One governed workflow live in about six weeks, an audit and analytics view of everything it did, and a baseline ROI report with a costed expansion roadmap.
How does pricing scale after the pilot?
Workflow Packs are a per-workflow / per-department subscription on the same governed engine. Enterprise and private deployments are a custom annual engagement. Both are scoped from what the pilot proved.
Do you have pricing for embedding Zahen in our product?
For software vendors, embedding is handled through a design-partner program rather than list pricing — the embedding SDK, multi-tenant isolation, and usage metering are being productized now. Wholesale, usage-based terms are defined with each design partner. See the For software vendors page.
Do you offer dedicated or private deployment?
Yes — Zahen runs single-tenant, and Enterprise & Private engagements add private or regional deployment with security-review support, designed to support your data-protection and compliance review.
