About

We build agentic AI that survives a risk review.

Zahen is a governed agentic AI platform for regulated enterprises and government-adjacent organisations. We help teams move from AI experimentation to controlled, auditable workflow automation — agents that act inside real workflows, pause for human approval, cite their sources, and log everything.

Why we exist

The opportunity in agentic AI is enormous — and so is the risk of rushing in. Most pilots fail not because the models aren't capable, but because the work around them isn't governed: answers aren't grounded, actions aren't controlled, and nothing is auditable. We built Zahen to close that gap, so organisations can adopt agentic AI without becoming a cautionary tale.

How we work

We start small and safe. A readiness workshop scores your workflows on value versus complexity; a fixed-scope pilot gets one of them live with approvals and audit built in; and you scale department by department on the same controls. Control, transparency, and evidence lead — not hype.

Controlled autonomy

Agents execute, but sensitive actions pause for human approval.

Grounded intelligence

Decisions draw on approved company knowledge, with citations.

Enterprise governance

Every request, source, approval, and tool call is logged.

Risk-review ready

Built for organisations adopting agentic AI on a governed footing.

Editor's note: add the real company story, leadership, partners/ecosystem (only if genuine), and any certifications here before launch.
